    We want women all over the world to have access to natural fertility treatments! We offer free ground shipping on all orders that ship within the United States including its territories. International orders are accepted worldwide and will be shipped USPS at a calculated rate based on location. More options may be available at checkout.

    PROCESSING TIMES
    All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is ready, you will receive email confirmation your package has shipped with the tracking number. We cannot cancel or refund any orders that have already shipped.

    INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
    Know You Wellness is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times or incorrect shipping addresses.

    If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order. Please see our “Return To Sender” information below.

    RETURN TO SENDER
    We do not refund return to sender packages if we are not at fault. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid or not signing for your package, you will receive a store credit gift card amounting to your order total minus shipping
